Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please return your item within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition. You must include an explanation for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. 1 We'll provide you with a return shipping label and offer a refund or exchange.

Returns After 7 Days:

After 7 days, we can only offer an exchange or store credit, at our discretion. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Please Note:

  • Custom and Special Orders: These items cannot be returned.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Always contact our Customer Support team before returning any items.
